Ingredients:

1 large head of garlic roasted for 20 mins at 375 degrees
2 cups olive oil
4 large egg yolks

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Cooking Instructions:

Puree garlic, mustard and lemon juice in blender or processor

With blender running slowly begin adding oil 1 tablespoon at a time

Continue to process as you add the oil

Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
