Ingredients:

1 cup chopped dried apricots
3/4 cup water
16 oz. cream cheese-softened

3/4 cup Orange marmalade
2 Tbl. milk
1 cup chopped pecans

Cooking Instructions:

Mix the apricots and water. Bring to a boil-- cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain well

Beat the cream cheese until fluffy, then stir in the apricots and remaining ingredients.

Serving Suggestions:

This makes a great fruit dip for appetizer crackers, but is great bagels and english muffins. This makes about a quart of spread.
