1 jar (16 oz) 505 green chili sauce 2 cups diced cooked turkey 8 corn tortillas 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 1. In a casserole dish, pour small amount of green chili sauce and spread over bottom of dish. 2. Layer 4 corn tortillas and pour small amount green chili sauce and spread. 3. Sprinkle with grated cheese, 1/2 the diced turkey. 4. Drizzle green chili sauce over the turkey and then add some more grated cheese. 5. Repeat steps 2-4 to make another layer. 6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbling. 7. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting into squares to serve.
