Yes I have found it very difficult to find out what happens to the recyclables. Have you noticed that there are now more restrictions on plastics? Now they don't want plastic egg cartons and that clear ubiquitous plastic you see covering most purchased products. I'm curious as to why that isn't allowed as it is still almost all the time the same material as plastic soda bottles. (#1) Seems strange as they allow mixed office paper products even if it has tape, sticky notes, paper clips and staples and mixed colors with it!

FYI, Given the limited recycling in the foothills.
Be aware of a couple of drop off locations in Arvada & Denver at: https://www.sustainability-recycling.com/drop-off-sites
Only providing because I've just learned of them though I've been here many years.
