What are the advantages of placing your advertisement in the featured local businesses forum as opposed to the free classified forums?

• Your ad will always be visible as we limit the number of forum advertisements. Only you, the winning advertisers, can post in the featured local businesses forum. You can add to or edit your forum advertisement as often as you would like.
• Your advertisement appears on the Pinecam Homepage in an exclusive area on the right side. Many Pinecammers do not frequent the forums but view only the Pinecam Homepage. Your advertisement will be seen by many more local residents.
• Your advertisement will also appear in a scrolling area just under the very popular shout box on the forum index page. This is the most viewed page in the forums.

• If you are not registered on the Pinecam forum, click on "register" in gray menu bar beneath the Pinecam banner and create a Pinecam forum account.

• Pinecam has a special forum accessible only to local businesses for bidding and/or reserving a forum advertisement. You will be given access to that forum.
• Each month, on the 1st, the Pinecam Sales Team adds two announcement topics in the Pinecam bidding/reserving forum: one for the Banner Advertisement, one for the Featured Local Businesses Forum/Homepage Advertisement. These topics are for advertising on Pinecam the following month.
• You may add a reply to the Banner Advertisement topic with your bid. At the end of the bidding period, the highest bidder for the Banner Advertisement works with the Pinecam Sales on the text of your advertisement and a link to more information about your business.
• You may add a reply to the Featured Local Businesses Forum/Homepage Advertisement topic indicating you desire one of the slots available. These slots are awarded on a first come, first serve basis so don't delay if you want to advertise on Pinecam this way.
• All bidding and requests end at midnight on the 28th of the month.
• The Pinecam Sales Team will work with you to get your advertisement on the Pinecam webpages.
