Tartarsazrael is the name of a service dog I had a long time ago. Back in the 90's . Nitro also carried that name into the 2000's until she died at age 16. So I use it because easy for me to remember.
Tartar means "the unpredictable" and Azrael is an angel "Help from God" who collected and carried the souls away. So for a retriever it fit since they fetch us warm dead little bodies of ducks geese squirrels and suchlike. The sky pic is indeed Secret. Yes all these are chessies mostly from the same bloodline. Secret is direct kin to my avatar dog Tartar on the back of the bicycle from the mid 80's. So different line than Mythos or Guess are. Epic is a cousin to my Secret and also direct kin to the dog on the bicycle. Here is the little student visitor for today, she had to brush up on learning early manners and how sit stay works for a stranger handling her. Mythos' daughter Lucy

Lessons in fetch and look cute.. . Plus ignore the deer.
Pheasant docker is bigger than his mouth!! But he manages.   Should I bring should I keep?   The flying deer the dogs were gawking at earlier coming over the fence.

Ohh my, that last image with Secret meeting the puppy is precious.
How ever do you get Secret to keep those glasses on his nose? He must be really laid back or really well trained. |

First pic is indeed Secret in glasses.
Then she takes them off and holds the pointer stick. The one in glasses below that 1st picture is her sister Minou who is a year younger. Minous is very expressive and yes indeed well trained. The future students are still little fat blobs weighing 2 lbs at one week old as of yesterday .
