I posted on this topic once before but messed up the listing a little and my needs are evolving...

I'm interested in buying a backhoe (w/ a loader) for some upcoming work around the property. Don't have a big budget so looking for an older (and ideally smaller) machine. I don't mind dealing with some maintenance needed, hydraulic leaks, etc but I need a good working machine not a project.
