contact Shirley Septic to use the steamer to defrost the line.... Other companies use a lot of water to defrost and this can fill up your septic tank
I have a sewer line that is almost flat, so when we dug up the line we wrapped industrial heat tape round it and only put on a timer in the winter. |

I recently had the same issue with frozen lines. Shirley Septic took great care of me at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them.
