Ingredients:

15 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 C confectioners sugar
12 oz coconut

24 oz semi-sweet chocolate
4 T shortening

Cooking Instructions:

Mix together first 4 ingredients

Cover & chill for 24 hrs

Melt chocolate with shortening

Roll coconut mixture in balls

With fork or candy dipper, dip in chocolate

Place on waxed or parchment paper to cool & dry
