Ingredients:

1 Tbsp minced shallots
2 Tbsp Dijon style mustard
3 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp hot sauce (tabasco)
2 tsp worchestershire sauce

1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1-2/3 cup olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Combine first 8 ingredients in a non-metallic bowl

Mix well.

Slowly, while whisking dressing, pour in olive oil
