Ingredients:

1/3 c. sunflower oil
3 T. lime juice
2 T. chopped onion

1 T. honey or Agave Nectar
2 t. hulled sesame seeds
2 mint leaves (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Place the oil, lime juice, onion, sesame seeds, and mint leaves in a blender. Process until smooth.
