Ingredients:

3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
approx. 70ml water

pinch dry mustard powder
pinch of chili powder (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl, stir together the peanut butter, lemon juice and enough water to give a pouring consistency.

Add mustard and seasoning.

Serve at room temperature.

Best if served within a few days.
