BASIC CREAMY SALAD DRESSING

1 C low-fat cottage cheese
1/3 C buttermilk
1 tsp lemon juice
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Chill before serving.

VARIATION: CREAMY FRENCH

1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 C tomato juice
1 recipe basic dressing
Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving.

VARIATION: CREAMY ITALIAN

1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 recipe basic dressing
Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving.
