Ingredients:

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/3 tsp. black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
4 Tbsp. parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Just before serving, toss dressing with salad. Sprinkle additional parmesan cheese and black pepper over each portion salad.

Store dressing in a covered jar in the refrigerator
