Ingredients:

2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup peeled & chopped cucumber
1 tsp finely minced garlic

fresh black pepper (to taste)
1 Tblsp lemon juice
2 Tblsp finely minced dill salt to taste (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

In blender, blend ingredients until smooth.

Transfer to a jar with a tight fitting lid & refrigerate until ready to use.

Whisk before using
