Ingredients:

1 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 Tbsp cider or wine vinegar
1 Tbsp grated onion

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seed
1 cup sour cream

Cooking Instructions:

Combine sugar, onion, salt & vinegar

Let stand 15 or 20 minutes

Fold in well chilled sour cream and celery seed
