Ingredients:

2 eggs

7/8 cups milk

1 cup flour

1/4 t salt

1/2 t melted butter

Cooking Instructions:

Sift flour; measure, sift with salt.

Beat eggs slightly, add milk and butter.

Add to flour, mix to make a smooth batter.

Fill cold, greased custard cups 1/2 full.

Place cups on cookie sheet.

Place in cold oven, set temp at 400

Bake for 50 minutes
