6 Hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
1/4 C Diced celery
8 Slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 T Diced green onions
1/3 C Bottled ranch dressing |
Large bag of baby spring greens.
1 Tomato, sliced
1 Cucumber sliced
Sliced pimento stuffed green olives, for garnish

Instructions: |
Combine chopped egg with celery, green onion, and dressing in a mixing bowl.
Chill until just before serving.
Place lettuce on 4 salad serving plates. Place 1/4 of egg salad in center of lettuce filled plate. Arrange tomatoe and cucumber around plate, garnish with sliced olives. |
