Ingredients:
2 cups boiling water
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup olive oil or butter-flavored Crisco
1 teaspoon salt
1 package yeast dissolved in warm water and 1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs
About 5 cups of flour
Cooking Instructions:
Prepare between 2 and 5 p.m.

Dissolve yeast in warm water and 1/4 teaspoon sugar. Mix boiling water, 1 cup sugar, olive oil and salt. Add some of the flour to hot mixture until it cools a little, then add the eggs. Add the yeast mixture. Keep adding flour until dough isn't sticky but is still moist.

Put covered oiled dough in oven to rise. Place a measuring cup of water in the oven to keep dough from drying out.

Remove the mixture between 10 and 10:30 p.m. Shape into rolls or loaves. Put back into oven and let rise until the next day.

Heat oven to 350 to 375 degrees. Don't take out the rolls or loaves. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Brush with olive oil or butter
