Ingredients:

1/4 lb ground beef round
1 garlic clove, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp yeast
2 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp cardamom seed
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg, grated
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup peas

Cooking Instructions:

Saut? beef until browned. Add garlic and onion. Cook until softened. Let cool.

Add all the ingredients except peas in the bread machine. Use the white bread setting.

Add peas at end of 1st kneading (or when your machine directs you to add nuts/fruits/etc).
