Ingredients:

1 chopped onion
1 lb pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
2 cans (15 oz each) chili, without beans

1 can (29 oz) hominy, drained
1 bay leaf
1 tsp each oregano, basil, parsley & cumin
1 Tbsp chili powder

Cooking Instructions:

Combine all in crock pot

Cook on low for 6 hours
