Pour chili sauce into a large saucepan. Add grape jelly and simmer until the grape jelly melts. Stir sauce until all jelly is blended with the chili sauce. Keep over a very low flame. Mix meatball ingredients together and form into small (1 1/2 inch) balls. Spray non-stick skillet with Pam spray and brown the meatballs over medium heat. When the meatballs are evenly browned, drop them into the simmering sauce and cook for 2-3 hours. |

Suggestions: |
| These make a wonderful party appetizer. Just put them into a chafing dish or a fondue pot with a low flame under it to keep them warm. You can use fondue forks or party toothpicks to serve them. There are never any left. |
