Ingredients:

4-5 med. potatoes (cubed & cooked - I leave the peels on)
1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 soup can of milk or half & half

1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese - cubed
1/4 c. chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

mix all together & simmer till cheese melts... Garnish with bacon bits.
