Ingredients:

2 lbs Ground beef
1 lb Cheddar cheese
1 pkg Taco seasoning mix
1 pkg Meatloaf seasoning mix

1 Can (4 oz) chopped green chiles
3/4 C Heavy cream

Cooking Instructions:

Mix ground beef and meatloaf seasoning as directed on the package. Shape into balls and bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Melt cheese and cream over low heat until melted.

Add taco seasoning mix and chile peppers to cheese sauce.

Place meatballs in crockpot, pour cheese sauce over meatballs.

Cook on low for 3 hours.
