Suggestions: |
| A very light-colored, airy bread. Slightly difficult to cut while hot ? but who can wait until it cools? Tastes a lot like the ?fresh at 4pm? bread that you get from the bakery ? DELICIOUS! |

| I live at 8800 feet and have great success with this loaf of bread when baked on the rapid cycle. Bread machine bread has a pretty thick crust - to avoid this, use the dough cycle and let the dough have it's final rise in a greased bread pan. Bake at 350? for about 25 - 30 minutes.> |
