Dear Pinecam: I don't want your readers to get the impression that all law enforcement condones the behavior of those supposed officers in the provided clip. You may have noticed the license plates and driver position indicated European locations. Here in America, I can assure you, the wearing of "tighty whitey briefs" and gartered hose are expressly forbidden as standard uniform wear and that type of practice has been almost entirely eliminated a long time ago.
