Hello! Apparently, I'm crazy slow on realizing what damage the local hard water (and high chloride levels) has done to my boiler (Navian). I need a water softener AND something to reduce chlorIDE. What kinds of systems are you guys familiar with? Any to avoid? Anyone love theirs? Anyone use Culligan or someone else? Appreciate any input from my mountain friends! ![]() |

did you test your water with a kit or have someone do it? Do your homework as we have seen some fairly unethical practices by some. We needed to raise our PH and Geo Water tried to sell us a water softener and annual maintenance plan. We installed our own neutralizer tank. to remove chloride at the source before it hits your house pips is going to be a whole house system and not cheap https://www.cleanwaterstore.com/blog/ef ... remove-it/ |
