Here's the proof that it's Windy Peak. I went on Google Earth and did a screenshot of the mountain, then I took the OP's photo and put them side to side. I didn't have quite the same angle, but I think you can see the commonality and the ridge at the top right.

Only the tip is above treeline because Windy Peak is about 2000 feet lower than Rosalie, which can't be seen from WOW in the first place. In the picture, the lower part of Windy Peak is shaded by clouds, and the upper portion is in sunlight. Those are still trees in the sunlight, not snow capped Alpine terrain. |
